At Nicola Ross Naas, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not, you can return your items within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all designer tags still attached.

Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact and the completed returns form is included inside the parcel.
Ship the Parcel
Affix the return shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest post office or designated courier collection point; please retain your proof of postage.
Processing & Refund
Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or arrange your exchange within 5-7 business days.
